Get To Know Me!

Every student learns differently. I believe that meaningful learning happens when students are encouraged to explore, think critically, and grow through engaging, hands-on experiences.

  • All three of my degrees were earned at the University of Advancing Technology. What began with a curiosity for virtual reality grew into a broader understanding of game production, technology, and leadership! Each chapter has inspired how I approach my work and my classroom today!

  • This program strengthened my approach to leading people, managing technology-driven projects, and navigating change. It expanded my understanding of how strong leadership, strategy, and emerging technology work together to move ideas and organizations forward.

  • This program took me beyond the development side of games and into the process of bringing a project from concept to completion. I developed skills in production, project management, team leadership, development pipelines, and guiding multidisciplinary teams toward a shared vision.

  • This program introduced me to designing and developing interactive virtual experiences while exploring the technologies that make immersion possible. It became the foundation for my interests in game development, emerging technology, and creating experiences that connect people with digital environments.

  • Mrs. Dumelle is one of the best professors I have had the opportunity to learn under. She is incredibly helpful and easy to get ahold of outside of class if you have any issues. She knows her material and makes it incredibly easy to understand. I would recommend her to everyone and hope to have her teach me again.
